The G8 Summit of government leaders attracts the attention of thousands of journalists from around the world. This high profile meeting in Alberta, Canada in 2002 was no exception, and PRIME was selected for the important role of coordinating over 3,000 international media that descended upon Calgary and Kanaskis. PRIME was in charge of the Host Media Centre located at the Convention Centre in Calgary. Here PRIME organized all facility arrangements, on-site security, registration and accreditation, communication systems, audiovisual support and on-site management. In addition to the global media, PRIME liaised with each government delegation, and arranged interviews with their Heads of State.

At the inception of the RCMP in 1873, Mounties aspired to establish a tradition to showcase their riding ability and entertain the community. The RCMP Musical Ride was the colorful result, where, in 1876, scarlet uniforms and dancing horses were shown for the first time. The RCMP Musical Ride held in Ottawa, Ontario was marked by the special attendance of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Three thousand citizens were in attendance as well as 75 distinguished guests. PRIME was selected to manage a permanent exhibition associated with the Musical Ride. PRIME was called upon to handle all details regarding the opening and dedication of the Visitors Centre. This included managing all aspects of project budgeting, building development, design, graphics, supplier, contributor and speaker management, audio-visual production, media communications, ceremonial coordination, itinerary creation, and registration
